- From $15/mo
- Live demo
From $15/mo billed annually. Starter $15/mo · Growth $25/mo · Scale $49.99/mo.
How a medical staffing office uses it
Who is out this month
Time off for recruiters and coordinators
When the person covering the desk is off, the rest of the team finds out late.
Requests and the team calendar are in one account, so everyone can see who is out.
One recruiter’s week
A schedule for your desk team
Who is answering the phones today is written on a whiteboard.
Employee schedules show who is expected to work each day.
Clocking in from the phone
Hourly desk staff clock in
Your office team’s hours get mixed in with timesheets for the clinicians you place.
Your own employees clock in and out, and you download only their hours.
Your employees in one list
Placed clinicians only if they are your employees
A travel nurse you place is not automatically a user in your account.
Add placed people only when they are your employees. Otherwise they are not in this account.
Clocking in at a branch with a PIN
A shared tablet at each branch
Each office keeps its own sign-in sheet.
Put a TimeOff Kiosk tablet at each branch, where staff clock in with a personal PIN. Each branch can be its own work location.
Approved hours, ready for payroll
TimeOff Manager tracks hours. It doesn’t pay anyone. At the end of the pay period, a manager reviews and approves the hours. Then you download them as an Excel or CSV file and send it to whoever runs payroll: your bookkeeper, your accountant, or your payroll software.
-
Hours are approved first
A manager checks the hours before they go anywhere, so payroll gets real numbers, not guesses from a group text.
-
Overtime is flagged
Extra hours show up on the timesheet, so you can see overtime before you pay it.
-
Excel or CSV
One download your bookkeeper or payroll software can open.
-
Payroll happens elsewhere
TimeOff Manager does not calculate pay, print checks, or file taxes.

What it doesn’t do
TimeOff Manager is not credentialing or vendor management software. It does not credential clinicians, schedule them at a client facility, or invoice that facility. It tracks time off and hours for people who are your employees.

Approved time off can sync to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Approved hours can go to QuickBooks Online or FreshBooks.
You can also ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor questions about your account, like who is out next week, through Model Context Protocol.
