- From $15/mo
- Live demo
From $15/mo billed annually. Starter $15/mo · Growth $25/mo · Scale $49.99/mo.
How an event team uses it
The venue saved as a work location
Save the venue as a work location
Load-in has started at the venue, but the office still thinks the crew is at the shop.
Save the venue in TimeOff Manager. When the crew clocks in on their phones, their GPS location is saved.
Who is on site, on the phone
See who is on site right now
Without it, you have to count heads over the radio.
The live staff map shows everyone who is clocked in right now. This live view is separate from the GPS location saved when they clocked in.
Every request and its status
Office time off on the same calendar
When the producer takes a show day off, the crew can find out too late.
The producer requests that day in the app. Once it is approved, it shows on the team calendar.
Miles driven to the venue
Log miles driven to the venue
Time spent driving the truck to the venue often goes unrecorded.
Crew members log their mileage trips in the same account as their hours.
Your crew, including seasonal staff
Seasonal staff who are your employees
Seasonal workers can only clock in here if they are your employees.
Add them to your employee list, and they can clock in like everyone else.
Approved hours, ready for payroll
TimeOff Manager tracks hours. It doesn’t pay anyone. At the end of the pay period, a manager reviews and approves the hours. Then you download them as an Excel or CSV file and send it to whoever runs payroll: your bookkeeper, your accountant, or your payroll software.
-
Hours are approved first
A manager checks the hours before they go anywhere, so payroll gets real numbers, not guesses from a group text.
-
Overtime is flagged
Extra hours show up on the timesheet, so you can see overtime before you pay it.
-
Excel or CSV
One download your bookkeeper or payroll software can open.
-
Payroll happens elsewhere
TimeOff Manager does not calculate pay, print checks, or file taxes.

Hours go to payroll
Download the approved hours as a file. Vendor payments are handled outside TimeOff Manager.
What it doesn’t do
TimeOff Manager is not event production software. It does not build a rundown, cue a show, or pay vendors. It tracks who clocked in at the venue, their time off, and the hours you download for payroll.

Approved time off can sync to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Approved hours can go to QuickBooks Online or FreshBooks.
You can also ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor questions about your account, like who is out next week, through Model Context Protocol.
