- Do I pay per location?
- No. TimeOff Manager pricing is by how many people are on the team, not by warehouse, store, or job site. GPS clock-in, geofence, and the PIN kiosk are on every plan. You do not buy a second clock when you open another location.
- What is included on Starter, Growth, and Scale?
- The same product. Every plan includes PTO and leave with accruals, an approvals inbox, a shared team calendar, GPS clock-in, the PIN kiosk, timesheets, overtime, mileage, schedules, US and Canada holidays, mobile apps, the REST API, and TimeOff Manager MCP. You are not paying extra to unlock the clock or the calendar.
- How much does TimeOff Manager cost?
- After a 14-day free trial, Starter is $180/year for 1–20 people, Growth is $300/year for 21–50 people, and Scale is $49.99/month or $479.90/year for 51–1,000 people. That is one bill for PTO software and time tracking software — not a per-location fee.
- How does the 14-day free trial work?
- Create a company, add people, and use the full product. Stripe does not charge until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
- Do I have to sign a contract?
- No annual lock-in beyond the plan you pick at checkout. Starter and Growth are billed yearly after the trial. Scale can be monthly or yearly.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- If a card is on file, the plan you chose starts. If you cancel first, the workspace stays until you delete it and nothing is billed.
- Does pricing include payroll software?
- TimeOff Manager exports timesheets, overtime, and hours you can send to the payroll software you already use. It is not a payroll-run or tax engine. You keep your accountant and your payroll vendor.
- Can I get a walkthrough before I start?
- Yes. Book a free 30-minute call on this page. A specialist answers your questions and walks through leave, clock-in, hours, or setup — live, in Eastern Time.
