Messages at /messages are one-way staff announcements. Open a note. Tap Got it if you want to acknowledge. There is no reply box.

What it is

Use this for “warehouse closed Friday” or “new PIN policy” — not a conversation. The same inbox appears in the TimeOff Manager app and can send a push notification.

Sending (managers)

People who can manage a team compose from the same /messages page, pick an audience (team vs company when those differ), and send. Recipients see the note until they open it; optional acknowledge tracks who confirmed.

What it is not

Not the public Ask a question chat on the marketing site.
Not the operator Live Messages inbox (that is not company comms).
