What you complete

Federal W-4 or TD1, the state or provincial certificate for your work location, and I-9 Section 1 if you work in the United States. You do not complete I-9 Section 2 — your employer does. Quebec work uses federal TD1 plus TP-1015.3-V, not a CRA TD1QC.
